Technical Assistance Collaborative, Inc. contracted us to design and layout this 100-page guide to using the
Section 8 Housing Voucher Program. We created a "mascot" to highlight special notes on the
program. The icon was chosen to appear in "Logo 2004" to be published in the Fall of 2004.
