Burdick designed this poster for GTI Properties in Boston, highlighting the South of Washington Street (SoWa) arts and media district, alongside similar economically-revitalized areas in NYC, Miami, London, and San Francicsco.

The holiday-card version of this artwork received an Award of Distinction from the Communicator Awards.
