A newsletter that Stephen Burdick designed for Wainwright Bank, Creative Economy #9, received a marketing Certificate of Excellence from the American Bankers Association. Banker & Tradesman, a trade magazine, featured news of the award with color images in a front page article, alongside collateral of five other Massachusetts banks that were recognized. See cover > Creative Economy #9 (a 6-panel brochure, printed on recycled stock in soy-based process inks) focuses on environmental initiatives, which reflects concerns and interests in the communities that the Bank serves. The design also received MarCom 2004 Creativity Awards' Gold Finalist prize, and an Award of Distinction from the 2004 Communicator Awards. It was honored by Graphic Design:USA magazine's American Graphic Design Awards and appeared in their December '04 issue. |
